I try to always have fresh flowers in the house but I usually don’t get Roses because for the price they don’t last add long as other options. With Easter coming up though there are lots of flowers on sale at Jewel so I got this pretty bunch for a deal.
This gave me some inspiration for fun nails. I found these nail art stickers at Jewel as well. You just wait for the color to (mostly) dry, place the stickers where you want them, then put on a top coat. It’s a great easy way to get fancy nails without much effort or skill. I did each nail a bit different too, which I think gives it a more hand-crafted look (pun intended)!
And no, none of this helps Brutus smell any better. His poo-aura conquers all!
Perhaps he is actually a white kitty covered in poop!
Wouldn’t that be something! He poo-cidents have resulted in several baths though so I am pretty sure he is just a brown kitty who smells like poop.
Your nails are cute! I can’t have fresh flowers cuz they the kitties always think they are for their amusement, and then the flowers, the vase and the water crash into a big disaster. As for the Stinkmeister Brutus — he takes after his cousin Ichabod. Every day for 13 years Icky comes tearing out of the litterbox like his butt is on fire, but I think he’s just trying to get away from the stinkbomb he left behind.
HAHA! They say everyone likes the smell of their own “brew” but maybe Ichabod didn’t! Sometimes Brutus will try to walk out of the cat’s room non-chalant and then I say “do you have poop on you?” and he runs off at top speed throughout the house – I assume with poop on his paws. Its like he knows what the words mean and says “don’t worry I’ll run it off!”
Aunty Pam made me snort out loud….bc my cats do that too!! Flowers and litter box behaviors. I think she is right…they are getting a whiff and getting the heck outta dodge
Cats are lucky they are so cute – otherwise I don’t think we would put up with 1/2 their bad behaviors!
